Becca Sampson

From: Ninety Six, South Carolina

Becca is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she obtained her degree in Marketing & Management. Becca LOVES the outdoors and enjoys walks with her dog, Girl Scout, hiking, going to the beach, gardening & yard work, and traveling! She can also be found exploring new restaurants and plans to open up a small restaurant and food truck business down the road with her husband! Her plans for the Real program are to continue growing the client portfolio and ultimately developing more Organizational, Regional & National managers.

Crystal Pereira

Originally from O‘ahu, Hawai‘i, Crystal Pereira brings a strong foundation in both business and sports management, having earned her bachelor’s degree in the field. She began her journey in the industry in January 2023 as a field representative and quickly advanced to a corporate trainer role for six months. After a brief stint with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, she returned to take on the in-house recruiting position with RRS in November 2024. Known for her passion for travel, Crystal has set a personal goal of visiting every Disneyland in the world—she’s already checked off California, Orlando, Paris, and Japan. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to On Purpose by Jay Shetty. In the Real Program, she’s focused on personal growth and developing a strong team, with aspirations of becoming a National Recruiter and helping lead a program.

Kayleigh Simons

Kayleigh Simon is from Mebane, North Carolina. She earned her bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2020 and completed her MBA at Maryville University in 2021. Before starting with RRS in September 2021, she worked in the food service and customer service industries while in school. A fun fact about Kayleigh is that she’s traveled to more countries than U.S. states. She enjoys reading the Vampire Diaries collection and is passionate about growth. Her goals in the Real Program include reaching Regional Recruiter by 2025, developing more trainers on her team, and leading the creation of a new service or program within RRS.

Salyna Newell

Salyna Newell is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and began her journey with RRS in May 2020. Before joining the team, she worked as a cheer coach for kids—an experience that sparked her passion for leadership and mentorship. One of her favorite books is The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins, which aligns with her focus on action and self-improvement. Through the Real Program, Salyna is committed to growing both personally and professionally, with a strong emphasis on developing her leadership skills.

Taylor Luedy

Taylor Luedy is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia College and State University. After deciding not to pursue graduate school, she explored a new path in sales, starting in the Atlanta office before transitioning into recruiting. She’s been with RRS since 2019 and continues to bring both drive and heart to her role. A fun fact about Taylor—she doesn’t have an inner voice, so she describes her thoughts as playing out like a silent movie. She enjoys the book Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates and the podcast Giggly Squad. In the Real Program, Taylor is working toward becoming a Regional Recruiter, building a strong, results-driven team, and helping others access the same opportunities that have made an impact on her career.

Bailey Faircloth

Bailey Faircloth is from Greensboro, North Carolina, and graduated from East Carolina University in 2021 with degrees in Business Marketing and Psychology. After graduation, she relocated to Raleigh, NC, where she began her journey with RRS in August 2022. Outside of work, Bailey is a proud mom to her young daughter, Collins. She enjoys listening to the Giggly Squad podcast and is currently reading the ACOTAR book series. Through the Real Program, Bailey aims to advance her career while creating opportunities for others to grow personally and professionally as they build their own paths.

Maggie Collawn

Maggie Collawn is a Raleigh, North Carolina native who attended Florida State University. After moving back to Raleigh in 2018, she spent time as a nanny for Irish triplets before shifting her career path when the pandemic began. In October 2020, she joined RRS as a sales representative and quickly transitioned to the administrative team within six months. Maggie has a fun fact that she has never broken a bone. She enjoys professional growth through podcasts like Million Dollar Mindset and light-hearted entertainment from Scrubbing In with Becca Tilley and Tanya Rad. In the Real Program, Maggie’s goal is to build a lifelong career at RRS by growing a team of recruiters who educate business owners about recruiting and consistently promote directors.

Erin Huskey

A Knoxville, Tennessee native, Erin Huskey began her recruiting career in 2019 and has been passionate about the field ever since. She studied at the University of Tennessee and joined RRS in May 2023, bringing years of industry experience with her. Known for her upbeat personality and born on St. Patrick’s Day, she proudly embraces the nickname “Lucky Charm.” Erin is an avid reader and finds inspiration in The Alchemist. During her time in the Real Program, she’s focused on sharpening her recruiting expertise while helping her clients build strong, successful teams.

Alexis Kemp

Alexis Kemp was born and raised just outside of Portland, Oregon, where she still resides today. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, in May 2024, where she also played collegiate softball. After a few months in sales and marketing following graduation, Alexis joined RRS in October 2024 to pursue a career in recruiting. A fun fact about her—she once auditioned for American Idol at Disneyland as a kid! Her favorite book is You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero. Through the Real Program, Alexis is focused on gaining leadership experience, growing her ability to manage and collaborate in a professional environment, and building on the teamwork skills she developed through sports.

Huda Elhaddar

Huda Elhaddar is from Fairfax, Virginia, and currently studies Information Technology with a concentration in Web Development at George Mason University. Before joining RRS in December 2024, she worked as a Medical Assistant at an allergy clinic. Outside of work, Huda is active in sports, enjoying soccer and golf, and has a passion for travel. She’s a fan of the Crime Junkie podcast on Spotify. Through the Real Program, Huda aims to grow both personally and professionally by strengthening her collaboration and communication skills, learning from colleagues across roles, and building meaningful connections.

Saffron Poarch

Saffron Poarch is originally from Connecticut and joined RRS in September 2024. Before entering the business world, she studied musical theater at The Boston Conservatory. Her background in performance and leadership includes serving as the dance captain for Seattle’s longest-running drag show for five years. She’s a fan of The Spy Who podcast and brings a creative, driven spirit to everything she does. In the Real Program, Saffron is focused on delivering strong results, setting a high standard for her team, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. She’s especially passionate about paying forward the mentorship she received by guiding others through their own development.

Kimberly Ponce

Kimberly Ponce is from Woodbridge, New Jersey, and joined RRS in January 2024. Before that, she led the business development team at a company focused on innovations in dip powder and gel polish, managing global projects with partners around the world. A fun fact about Kimberly—she has a talent for balancing almost anything on her head. She's a fan of The 10X Rule and brings that same mindset to her work. In the Real Program, her focus is on building a team of strong recruiters and helping each one achieve their goals.

Sadie Adams

Sadie Adams is from Sanford, North Carolina, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a Business minor from UNC Wilmington, as well as a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication. Before joining RRS in 2020, she gained valuable experience in customer relations and event coordination at Spa Fitness & Wellness Center and Mosaic Marketing Agency, sharpening her skills in communication, organization, and sales. Sadie was awarded Leader of the Year at the 2022 RRS Conference. Her favorite inspiration comes from Mel Robbins 'Let Them Lead Theory. In the Real Program, Sadie focuses on growing and improving the Edge Program, overseeing multiple brands and supporting their growth through strategic planning, content development, and consistent improvement. She is dedicated to enhancing the program’s impact, refining systems, and creating lasting value for teams and owners.

Lindsey Miller

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Lindsey Miller holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and began her career as a preschool teacher before transitioning into the business world. She joined RRS in August 2011 and has been a dedicated team member ever since. Outside of work, Lindsey is passionate about giving back—she coaches youth soccer and volunteers with local animal welfare organizations. A true crime enthusiast, she’s a fan of the Crime Junkie podcast. Through the Real Program, Lindsey is focused on both personal and professional growth, with a goal of paving the way for others to succeed as well.
