Meet the Real Team

From: Ninety Six, South Carolina

Becca is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she obtained her degree in Marketing & Management. Becca LOVES the outdoors and enjoys walks with her dog, Girl Scout, hiking, going to the beach, gardening & yard work, and traveling! She can also be found exploring new restaurants and plans to open up a small restaurant and food truck business down the road with her husband! Her plans for the Real program are to continue growing the client portfolio and ultimately developing more Organizational, Regional & National managers.

From: Sherwood, Ohio

Megan is from small-town Ohio. She grew up in a farm town and enjoyed spending time with her family; she's the oldest of 7! Megan now resides in Dallas, and her favorite things are her pup, Lola, plants, and traveling! She plans to continue to help grow the Real program and developing her team. Megan says that the most important thing to her is to ALWAYS be her best for the Real team and being a student to her mentors to DO BETTER consistently.

From: Akron, Ohio

Growing up, Demi LOVED anything to do with the arts and was involved in dance. She went on to obtain her Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance. Demi's goals now are to provide and care for her daughter and to grow her family! She also plans to continue to grow and support the Real program behind the scenes as our payroll and onboarding guru!

From: Round Lake, Illinois

Laura is a crucial part of the Edge division within the Real company. She attended several colleges, including St. Mary's College of California, Northern Arizona University, and Western Illinois University. She earned her Bachelors of Political Science and Minor in English from Western Illinois. While in high school, Laura played soccer and was an athletic trainer. In college, Laura was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority, the Delta Sigma Chapter. She held the following positions at her chapter, including Continuing Membership Chairman and Vice President of Alumni Relations. Laura's plans for 2021 are to get married in June (Covid permitting). Laura's goal in the company is to reach Regional Recruiter and continue to help the Real program grow.

From: Akron, Ohio

Lindsey is from Akron, Ohio, and attended Heidelberg University, where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. While attending college, she hosted a radio show and was heavily involved in Greek life. Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and children and traveling. Lindsey is the Real team's Ad Compliance Associate and takes the lead on new divisions in the program! Her goals are to purchase a home and to be able to pay for her children to attend college, teaching them to be independent and business-minded, as well as creating generational wealth.

From: Silver Creek, New York

Amber is originally from the Western NY area and attended the University of Buffalo, where she received her Business Administration degree with a marketing concentration. Amber enjoys traveling and seeing new places, trying new restaurants, Orangetheory workouts, and spending time with her husband Keith at their family's lake house! Amber's goal is to continue seeing as many parts of the world as she can! Amber has been with the Real program for over ten years. She is currently a Consultant and specializes in negotiating deals with major posting partners Nationally for our Real client base.

From: Everywhere - Military Brat!

Jocelyn grew up in an active military family, so she has been a little bit of everywhere! she attended Alabama A&M University, earning her Bachelor's degree of Science in Economics and Minored in English. She is a self-proclaimed band geek playing the saxophone in the concert band and dancing in Marching Band. She was the dance Captain her Senior Year. Her favorite things to do now are to spend time with her daughter, dancing, and reading. Jocelyn has goals to continue working with the Real client base and helping them grow their organizations and developing the program's leadership. Her personal goals include retiring on a yacht sailing around the Mediterranean!

From: Dallas, Texas

Leslie is a Dallas, Texas native! Growing up, Leslie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, attending concerts, and exploring the DFW. Leslie was active in Krav Maga and the Richardson Police Explorer program, don't mess with her! Since moving to Atlanta with the company, she has new goals that she's taking on! Her goals are to help establish the new Atlanta division as well as grow in her self development. Long term, she intends to grow her team and become an Organizational Manager.
"Stay positive and be strong" is the motto she lives by, taking these words of encouragement from her mom.
